Position: Overseas Sales Engineer
For the expected fast growth of our export sales department, we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer, who can organize and coordinate all needed aspects of the LED grow light business activities outside China. This highly visible function of this position is a results driven role with quantifiable outcomes and sales objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create brand and product awareness and preferences in favor of VANQand its products among relevant horticulture equipment dealer and end-user
- Develop new customer through various channels, including but not limited to Google, Alibaba, Phone calls, Visiting, Email, Exhibition, etc. – Key Performance
- Responsible for managing and maintaining salesforecast, sales funnel, distributor/sales agent activity
- Follow up with Marketing, Engineering, and other departments as well as participation in needed meetings to coordinate and manage ongoing projects
- Coordinate internally with the Manufacturingdepartment in order to assure on-time products delivery
- Close coordination with Customer Service and Technical Service team in processing and following up on new and ongoing sales orders or after-salesservice request
- Perform actively asthe central contact window between VANQ and the LED grow lights market all across the globe, collecting information and customer feedback for products or marketing strategy improvement.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years experience ofoverseas sales or sales support is required; previous experience is LED or Horticulture industry is
- Undergraduate with excellent performance in college is also welcome to apply.
Core Skill Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to follow and achieve clear deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Extremely organized and self-motivated, possessing a strong attention to detail
- Excellent team player.
- Willingness to potentially travel when needed outside China.
- Fluent in English,outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales,English, Marketing, Agriculture, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Earnings Potential: 120,000-200,000/year (Includes Base Pay + Commissions), extra bonus with excellent performance.
